Three Saint John Sea Dogs were selected in today’s
Maritime Junior Hockey League Draft while another was a territorial pick
yesterday. The draft was held today in Yarmouth.
Here’s who was selected:

20th overall - Round Two - Amherst Ramblers - Marcus
Cuomo - Saint John Sea Dogs
46th overall - Round Five - Miramichi Timberwolves -
Justin Dickinson - Saint John Sea Dogs
56th overall - Round Six - Miramichi Timberwolves -
Oliver Cooper - Saint John Sea Dogs
Cooper played with the Sea Dogs last season while
Smallman, Cuomo, and Dickinson were all picked by Saint John at this year’s Quebec
Major Junior Hockey League Entry Draft.
Smallman was a fourth round pick of the Sea Dogs at last
weekend’s draft, Cuomo a seventh round selection, and Dickinson a 10th
round pick.

pick Tyler Brown was picked first overall.

Why would two good junior teams teams draft a 5'7" 140 lbs.? Is there something I'm missing with this kid?
ReplyDeleteDo you not know just take a look at who he is and these team have always done there home work that why they are so good you should always do your home work before asking these questions like Mike said 15 year oldes do grow I do hope this helps
DeleteYes there is , these teams have good people who do a great job in researching players that why they drafted that player and again that why they are both top teams in the junior ranks . So the best thing I can tell you is for you to do a better job when researching players if you don't know how than ask the scouts of some of the top teams. PS. I do hope this is some help to you.
