We Are Looking For Writers

Do you watch Saint John Sea Dogs hockey? Do you know how to write? How would you like to write about Sea Dogs hockey? Well, this is your opportunity.

We are currently looking for writers for the upcoming season. Your primary job would be to write recaps of home and away games. You could write them in any format of your choosing. We are looking for unique content, so bring some uniqueness.

What do you get in return? Fun, obviously. This is also a great chance to improve your writing skills and all that good stuff. We’ll also give you a Telus QMJHL webcast package (valued at $200) allowing you to watch every single Q game this season.

Some requirements:

• Basic knowledge of the Saint John Sea Dogs hockey club and QMJHL
• Ability to write game stories and blog posts in an efficient manner
• Internet access
• Time management skills
• Creative, innovative, and quick thinking
• Legit typing skills
• Ability to attend most home games is not a requirement but is considered an asset
