Game Day 48: at Halifax

The Saint John Sea Dogs (31-12-3-1, 1st Maritimes, 2nd QMJHL) look for their sixth straight win tonight in Halifax. Game time against the Mooseheads (23-22-2-3, 5th Maritimes, 11th QMJHL) at Scotiabank Centre is 7 p.m.

Last games: The Sea Dogs are coming off a 5-2 win in Charlottetown on Sunday. Bailey Webster, Mathieu Joseph, Nathan Noel, Cole Reginato and Samuel Dove-McFalls all scored for Saint John while Callum Booth made 24 saves in the win. The Mooseheads are coming off 4-3 overtime loss to the Acadie-Bathurst Titan last night on home ice. Connor Moynihan, Nico Hischier and Frederic Aube scored for the Moose. Blade Mann-Dixon made 25 saves in the loss.

2016-17 head-to-head: The Sea Dogs are 1-2-0-0 against the Mooseheads this season while Halifax is 2-1-0-0 against Saint John.
