Game Day 57: vs Titan

The Saint John Sea Dogs (39-13-3-1, 1st Maritimes, 1st QMJHL) return home from a three-game Quebec road trip to host the Acadie-Bathurst Titan (32-20-3-2, 3rd Maritimes, 6th QMJHL) tonight at 7 p.m.

Last games: The Sea Dogs are coming off a 4-1 win in Baie-Comeau on Sunday. Thomas Chabot, Nathan Noel, Joe Veleno and Simon Bourque scored for Saint John. Alex D'Orio made 23 saves in the win. The Titan are coming off a 7-2 home win over the Moncton Wildcats on Saturday. Christophe Boivin had a hat trick while singles came from William Lemay-Champagne, Vladimir Kuznetsov, Dawson Theede and Daniil Miromanov. Reilly Pickard made 25 saves in the win.

2016-17 head-to-head: The Sea Dogs are 3-4-0-0 against the Titan this season while Bathurst is 4-3-0-0 against Saint John.

Last meeting: Feb. 8 at the KC Irving Regional Centre where the Sea Dogs defeated the Titan 3-2. Simon Bourque, Spencer Smallman and Jakub Zboril scored for Saint John. Jeffrey Truchon-Viel and Daniil Miromanov had Bathurst goals. Callum Booth made 34 saves in the win. Anthony Dumont-Bouchard made 29 saves in the win.
