The Sea Dogs allowed six goals in the second period in a 10-3 loss to the Cape Breton Eagles. The final 40 minutes of that game weren't pretty — and the Sea Dogs will no doubt look to make some improvements tonight.
Saint John faces a Moncton Wildcats team tonight that also suffered a rough loss on Thursday. The Wildcats trailed 6-0 at one point in a 6-2 loss to the Acadie-Bathurst Titan.
