GAME DAY 62: at Bathurst

A preview of tonight’s game between the Saint John Sea Dogs and Acadie-Bathurst Titan…

When and where: Tonight at 7:30 p.m., KC Irving Regional Centre

Records: The Sea Dogs are second in the Maritimes Division and eighth overall in the QMJHL with a record of 30-22-3-6 for 69 points. The Titan are sixth in the Maritimes and 18th overall with a 15-40-4-2 record for 36 points.

Last games: The Sea Dogs are coming off a 6-2 loss to the Gatineau Olympiques last Saturday at Harbour Station. Mathieu Joseph and Mark Tremaine scored for Saint John while Alex Bishop made 26 saves in the loss. The Titan are coming off a 7-4 loss to the Mooseheads in Halifax on Wednesday. Nathan Medeiros, Raphael Corriveau, Andrew Ryan and Mark Trickett scored for the Titan while Reilly Pickard made 28 saves in the loss.

2014-15 head-to-head: The Sea Dogs are 4-2-1-1 against the Titan this season while Bathurst is 4-4-0-0 against Saint John.

Last meeting: Feb. 22 at Harbour Station where the Sea Dogs defeated the Titan 4-1. Samuel Dove-McFalls, Spencer Smallman, Mathieu Joseph and Jakub Zboril scored for Saint John while Bathurst’s goal came from Egor Popov. Sebastien Auger made 14 saves in the win and Reilly Pickard made 40 stops in the loss.

  1. Video feed on QMJHL website is showing cheerleading competition instead of game....this is BS.....bad enough the sound was 50/50 all year with these feeds and never able to heard visiting teams announcers. No can't even get video feeds right.....This is a huge ripe off $$$$$$
