Oh, yes. It would appear that the Sea Dogs will be wearing their black third jerseys for the first time this season tomorrow night against Val-d’Or.

The Sea Dogs host the Foreurs tomorrow night at 7:30pm at Harbour Station. It’s also Bingo Night in support of the Empty Stocking Fund.

Saint John also plays at home on Saturday night against the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies.

Some other news and notes…

• The Pittsburgh Penguins recalled Simon Despres yesterday and he made his season debut last night in the Pens wild 6-5 shootout victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs.  Despres played just under 19 minutes and recorded four shots.
• Former Sea Dog Mike Hoffman was named the captain of the AHL’s Binghamton Senators yesterday.
• The Dieppe Commandos traded Stephen Anderson’s MHL rights to the Campbellton Tigers yesterday.
