The Sea Dogs will play six games over the next 10 days with their first match taking place tonight in Moncton against the Wildcats. Saint John is 4-3-0-0 against Moncton in what has been a wild season series.
The Wildcats, despite dropping three straight games, have been impressive since the restart, especially offensively. The team has been hit hard by the injury bug over the past week... but that didn't seem to hurt them too bad last Sunday in Saint John. Anything could happen tonight.
Game time at Avenir Centre is 7 p.m.

Ex-Sea Dogs on the Wildcats: Forward Connor Richard.
Wildcat to watch: Jacob Hudson has goals in five straight games. He also has four goals and 10 points in just three games against Saint John this season.
Random stat: Saint John's leading scorer against Moncton this season? Defenseman Jeremie Poirier who has a goal and eight assists in seven games against the 'Cats.
Notes: Ryan Francis continues to lead Saint John in goals (11), assists (22) and points (33)... Philippe Daoust leads the Wildcats in points with 27 and assists with 21... Jacob Hudson and Gabriel Bernier each have a Moncton high seven goals... Moncton is 3-4-1-1 at home... Saint John is 3-4-2-1 on the road... the Wildcats have dropped three straight games... perhaps one reason for the wild games recently between these two: Moncton has the QMJHL's second worst penalty kill (71%) while Saint John's is the worst (70.6%)... Daoust has assists in seven straight games... the Sea Dogs have won three straight road games... the Wildcats will be without Maxim Barbashev, Vincent Labelle, Sam McKinney and Franky Iasenza due to injury... the Wildcats have recalled Thomas Darcy, Gavin Watt and Nathan Casey... Liam Leonard and Jacob Stewart are both out tonight due to suspensions from their staged fight last Sunday.
Out of town:
No other games.
Next game: The Sea Dogs host the Acadie-Bathurst Titan tomorrow night at 7 p.m. at TD Station.
