SAINT JOHN - Got some news for you: the Saint John Sea
Dogs’ pre-season begins one month from today.
The Sea Dogs will host the Acadie-Bathurst Titan on
August 17th at the qplex in Quispamsis. It’s the first of six
pre-season games for the Dogs with the first four of those contests being
played against the Titan. The other two will be against the Moncton Wildcats.
Saint John’s 2013 training camp begins on August 14th.
This year’s training camp and pre-season has plenty of intrigue
with quite a few open roster spots and a large crop of new prospects coming in.
Saint John picked 16 players in June’s Quebec Major Junior Hockey League Entry
Draft, including third overall pick Nathan Noel.
Also, remember to get your ticket packages for the Wallace
McCain Memorial Alumni Weekend being held Friday August 23rd to Sunday, August
25. It’s going to be cray cray. Info is available on the Harbour Station website.
