On the same day Tampa Bay captain Steven
Stamkos returned to game action, Lightning prospect Mathieu Joseph returned to
the ice.
Joseph, who missed the final two rounds
of Saint John’s playoff run with an injury, tweeted an update on his health
today.

Joseph was injured in game five of the Sea Dogs’ first round playoff series against Bathurst, getting cut by a skate
blade. The forward required surgery and missed the remainder of the post-season.
The 19-year-old had a great regular season, recording 33 goals and 40 assists in 58 games. He added another five goals and two assists in the playoffs before getting hurt.
