SAINT JOHN - As the season winds down, Joshua Roy keeps heating up.
The rookie forward scored for a fourth straight game on Sunday, helping the Saint John Sea Dogs defeat the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies 3-2 at TD Station.
Roy has four goals and four assists over his past four matches, a welcome sight for a team that has been without one of its veteran forwards - Nicholas Deakin-Poot - over the past few weeks.
Roy, Anderson MacDonald and Brady Burns all scored for Saint John on Sunday. Zachary Bouthillier made 36 stops in the victory.
Mathieu Gagnon and Shaun Miller scored for the Huskies. Backup Samuel Richard made 23 stops in the loss.
