The Saint John Sea Dogs forward delivered an impressive performance at the QMJHL Prospects Game, recording two goals, an assist and a game high six shots to lead Team Lafleur to a 7-2 victory over Team Crosby at Gatineau's Slush Puppie Centre.
Joseph opened the scoring with a power play goal at 2:28 of the first and added his second at 4:29 of the middle frame.

Joseph, who has been sliding down most draft rankings over the past few months, was named Team Lafleur's player of the game. There will still be questions about his consistency, but Joseph showed Wednesday that when he's on, he's on.
Team Lafleur also included Sea Dogs forward Oliver Ozogany and defenseman Thomas Charbonneau. Charbonneau had two assists and two shots while Ozogany had one shot.
On Team Crosby, Sea Dogs forward Jamie Glance was buzzing for much of the game but, despite recording five shots on goal, was held pointless.
Sea Dogs forward Matyas Cancik was supposed to participate in this event but could not due to injury.
This was the second year for the QMJHL Prospects Game. The game featured the 40 top QMJHL players eligible for the 2027 NHL Draft.
