SAINT JOHN - The Saint John Sea Dogs return to action tonight at Harbour Station.
The Sea Dogs had a rough and long night in Moncton on Friday, falling 5-2 to the Wildcats in the first ever hockey game played at the new Avenir Centre.
Saint John will play in much more familiar surroundings tonight, hosting the Acadie-Bathurst Titan at Harbour Station at 7 p.m. It's the first meeting of the regular season between the two provincial rivals.

Records: The Sea Dogs are 1-2-1-0 for three points (fourth Maritimes, 12th QMJHL) while the Titan are 1-2-0-0 for two points (sixth Maritimes, 16th QMJHL).
Last games: The Sea Dogs are coming off a 5-2 loss to the Moncton Wildcats last night at the Avenir Centre. Maxim Cajkovic and Filip Prikryl scored for Saint John. Alex D'Orio made 31 stops in the loss. The Titan are coming off a 3-2 overtime win in Charlottetown on Thursday night. Liam Murphy, Alexis Sansfacon and Logan Chisholm scored for Bathurst. Mark Grametbauer made 38 stops in the win.
2018-19 head-to-head: This is the first meeting of the regular season between the Sea Dogs and Titan.
2017-18 head-to-head: The Sea Dogs were 1-8-0-0 against the Titan last season while Bathurst went 8-1-0-0 against Saint John.
Last meeting: Aug. 21 at Harbour Station where the Sea Dogs defeated the Titan 5-1 in pre-season play. Kevin Gursoy scored two goals for Saint John while singles came from Aiden MacIntosh, Matt Green and Nathan Larose. Alexandre David scored Bathurst's lone goal. Stewart Bagnell made 19 saves and Tommy DaSilva made nine. Felix-Anthony Ethier made 25 stops in the loss.

Titan to watch: Goaltender Mark Grametbauer, if he plays, went 6-2 against Saint John last season, posting a 3.09 GAA and .897 SV%.
Random stat: Following last night's game, the Sea Dogs are now 0/15 on power plays this season. The Victoriaville Tigres are the only other team to not score on a man advantage so far this year.
