The Val-d'Or Foreurs lost to the Baie-Comeau Drakkar last night, keeping them in 16th overall with 50 points. Saint John sits 17th with 48 points and has played one less game.
The Sea Dogs will look to draw even with the Foreurs this afternoon in Bathurst when they take on the Titan at 3 p.m. Val-d'Or, meanwhile, is in Chicoutimi.
Saint John will be looking for a better result than their last trip to Bathurst, which saw them lose 6-5 in overtime on March 4.
