FINAL: Saint John 1, Bathurst 2
Michael Hawkins/Saint John Sea Dogs
BATHURST - Tyler Peddle scored the Saint John Sea Dogs' lone goal in a 2-1 loss to the Acadie-Bathurst Titan on Saturday at the KC Irving Regional Centre.

Tyler Wood and Louis-Francois Belanger scored for the Titan in the victory. Joshua Fleming made 28 stops.

Wood gave the Titan a 1-0 lead in the first period. It looked as though Eriks Mateiko had tied it in the second period but the captain's goal was called back due to an offside.

Peddle scored on a power play just 2:28 into the third to make it 1-1. It was his first goal since Oct. 25.

Belanger netted the winner at 15:11 of the third.

Charles-Edward Gravel made 35 saves in the loss.

The loss drops the Sea Dogs back below the .500 mark with an 11-12-0-0 record.
