Sea Dogs unveil Christmas jerseys

The Saint John Sea Dogs will be looking festive this weekend.

The Sea Dogs unveiled their holiday themed jerseys for "Christmas at the Station," which will take place Friday and Saturday at TD Station.

The Sea Dogs host the Cape Breton Eagles on Friday at 7 p.m. and the Acadie-Bathurst Titan on Saturday at 3 p.m. Friday's game will include the club's first toque and mitten toss while Saturday will feature the traditional teddy bear toss.

Fans can purchase a ticket for both games for $20 plus taxes and fees.

Saint John's festive jerseys include Christmas trees, snowflakes, reindeer and a Santa hat on the Sea Dogs logo.
It's the latest in a series of speciality jerseys the Sea Dogs have worn this season. The Sea Dogs have previously worn country themed jerseys for Stampede at the Station; pink jerseys for Pink in the Rink; and brought back the club's original jersey design for Throwback Night.

This weekend's games will be Saint John's last on home ice until Jan. 8.
