Three Saint John Sea Dogs were included in NHL Central Scouting's preliminary players to watch list for the 2025 draft, which was released Wednesday.
Sea Dogs forward Zachary Morin was given a B rating while forwards Olivier Groulx and Elliot Dubé were both given a C.
Morin has been impressive since joining the Sea Dogs just a few weeks ago, recording two goals and six assists in five games. He's recorded a point in every game he's played in. If he can stay at or near this pace, he'll no doubt start to creep up draft rankings.

Groulx and Dubé are both having solid years as well and have been key contributors to Saint John's surprisingly solid start to the year. Dubé has five goals and four assists in 12 games to place him third in QMJHL rookie scoring while Groulx has three goals and five assists in 12 contests.
38 players from the QMJHL were included in the rankings. Caleb Desnoyers of the Moncton Wildcats and Justin Carbonneau of the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada were the only QMJHL players to receive A ratings.
Boston College's James Hagens is expected to go first overall. The full list can be found at NHL.com.
