HALIFAX – Team QMJHL split their portion
of the CHL Canada Russia Series following a 6-4 win at Scotiabank Centre on
Thursday.
Sea Dogs forward Mathieu Joseph, who was named
to the team as an injury replacement, scored two goals in the victory. Dogs
defenseman Thomas Chabot had an assist while forward Nathan Noel was held off
the score sheet.
Joseph was named Team QMJHL's player of the game.

The CHL won five of the six games of the
series. Russia’s only win came on Tuesday night in Rouyn-Noranda where they
defeated Team QMJHL 3-2.
