BOISBRIAND, QC - The Saint John Sea Dogs ended their three-game Quebec road trip with a loss on Saturday.

The Blainville-Boisbriand Armada scored three times in the first period en route to a 5-1 win over the Sea Dogs at Centre d'excellence Sports Rousseau.

Vincent Collard, Mael Lavigne, Mateo Nobert, Jan Golicic and Bill Zonnon scored for the Armada. Zach Pelletier made 29 saves in the win.

William Yared scored for Saint John. Arseni Radkov, playing against his former team for the first time, made 21 saves in the loss.

The Sea Dogs fell behind early, allowing the game's first goal just 2:51 in, and were never able to get back into it, trailing 4-0 at one point.

The Sea Dogs were playing their third game in four days. The club defeated the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies 4-3 in overtime on Wednesday before falling 6-3 to the Val-d'Or Foreurs on Thursday.

SCRATCHES: The Sea Dogs were without forward Zachary Morin (one-game suspension) along with defensemen Cameron Chartrand (injury) and Oskar Drabczynski (healthy)

NOTES: Saint John went with 12 forwards and six defensemen once again with forward Zachary Morin serving a one-game suspension for his late-game fight on Thursday... Arseni Radkov got the start against his former team. He started all three games of this trip and has started four straight games... former Sea Dogs forwards Elliot Dubé and Jacob Beaulieu were both in the Armada starting lineup. They were both held pointless... Alexis Joseph extended his assist streak to six games... Everett Baldwin, Dylan Rozzi and Maxime Côté each had four shots... faceoffs were 35-20 in favour of the Armada... Saint John's hot power play scored again, finishing the game 1/5... Saint John fell to 8-9-3-0 on the road this season... the Armada were wearing superhero themed jerseys... attendance was 2,970.
