Ex-Sea Dogs on the Islanders: Forward Adam Marsh
Random stat: The Islanders always seem to have Saint John natives on their squad much like the Sea Dogs have Island natives. Charlottetown features two this year: Sam King and William Bower.
Islander to watch: Pierre-Olivier Joseph, the brother of former Sea Dogs forward Mathieu Joseph and a first round pick of the Arizona Coyotes, was reassigned to Charlottetown over the weekend. Named Islanders captain yesterday, Joseph could make his season debut tonight.
Notes: The Sea Dogs have scored just two goals this season while the Islanders have three... Isiah Campbell and Daniel Hardie have scored Saint John's lone goals... Gregor MacLeod, Taylor Egan and Saku Vesterinen have scored for Charlottetown... the Sea Dogs' power play is just 1/13 this season and has allowed two shorthanded goals... the Islanders are 0/7 on the power play... Charlottetown is a perfect 6/6 on the penalty kill... this is Charlottetown's first road game of the season.
Next game: The Sea Dogs travel to Moncton tomorrow night to face the Wildcats at 7 p.m.
