Halifax Mooseheads forward Martin Frk will not be
suspended for his hit on Ryan Tesink during Tuesday’s game at Harbour Station.
The team tweeted this today.
Frk received a five-minute major and a game misconduct
for his open ice hit on Tesink. Many thought the call was weak while most
agreed that it was not suspension worthy.
The Czech Republic native has 10 goals and seven assists
in just 25 games this season. The Mooseheads will need Frk on Saturday when
they host the Shawinigan Cataractes at the Metro Centre. May the force be with
them.
