Records: The Sea Dogs are third in the Maritimes Division and seventh overall in the QMJHL with a 2-1-0-0 record for four points. The Mooseheads are last in the Maritimes and 16^th overall with a 0-2-0-1 record for one point.

Last games: The Sea Dogs are coming off a 3-2 win over the Screaming Eagles in Cape Breton last night. Daniel Del Paggio, Jason Bell and Mathew Highmore scored for Saint John while Marc-Antoine Turcotte made 36 saves in the win. The Mooseheads are coming off a 4-0 home loss to the Acadie-Bathurst Titan last night. Eric Brassard made 25 saves in the loss.

2014-15 head-to-head: The Sea Dogs were 7-1-0-0 against the Mooseheads last season while Halifax went 1-6-1-0 against Saint John.

Last meeting: March 21 at Scotiabank Centre where the Sea Dogs defeated the Mooseheads 4-1. Mark Tremaine scored two goals while singles came from Samuel Dove-McFalls and Braydon Blight. Timo Meier scored Halifax’s only goal. Alex Bishop made 27 saves in the win while Eric Brassard made 28 in the loss.
