The Saint John Sea Dogs will open the
2015-16 regular season ranked as one of the top teams in the country.
The Canadian Hockey League released their pre-season BMO CHL Top 10 Rankings yesterday. The Sea Dogs, who many believe
are good enough to be a strong contender this season, were ranked sixth.
The Shawinigan Cataractes were the top
ranked QMJHL team, coming in at No. 2. The Cape Breton Screaming Eagles were
ranked eighth and the Sherbrooke Phoenix were an honourable mention.

The Sea Dogs open the season tomorrow
night when they host the Halifax Mooseheads at 7 p.m. They will also host the
Moncton Wildcats on Sunday at 3 p.m.
