The team announced that goaltender Stewart Bagnell has joined the club for its three-in-three Quebec road trip, which begins this evening in Baie-Comeau.
According to Sea Dogs broadcaster Tim Roszell, the recall is due to an injury to Matt Williams.
The news is especially noteworthy because it's highly unlikely Alex D'Orio start all three games of this trip, meaning Bagnell or a healthy Williams will get a start..@SJSeaDogs G Matt Williams has a lower-body injury, prompting the recall of G Stewart Bagnell from Steele Subaru @NSMMHL #PortCityRise— Tim Roszell (@TimGRoszell) November 2, 2017

According to a Sea Dogs press release, Bagnell "is in his second season with Steele Subaru. In ten games, he is 8-2 with a 2.20 goals-against average and a .899 save percentage."
