Game Day 59: at Charlottetown

CHARLOTTETOWN, PE - The Saint John Sea Dogs are on the road this afternoon.

The Sea Dogs take on the Charlottetown Islanders today at 3 p.m. at Eastlink Centre. The two met on Thursday night at Harbour Station, where the Islanders won 6-3. Neither team has played a game since.

The Sea Dogs will be looking to end a six-game losing streak.

Records: The Sea Dogs are 13-34-9-2 for 37 points (6th Maritimes, 18th QMJHL) while the Islanders are 32-21-5-0 for 69 points (3rd Maritimes, 9th QMJHL).

Last games: These two met on Thursday night at Harbour Station where the Islanders defeated the Sea Dogs 6-3. Pierre-Olivier Joseph had two goals for Charlottetown while singles came from Nikita Alexandrov, Daniel Hardie, Olivier Desjardins and Hunter Drew. Alexis Girard, Cole Reginato and Kevin Mason scored for Saint John.. Dakota Lund-Cornish made 28 stops in the win. Matthew Williams made 33 saves in the loss.
