BOISBRIAND, QC - A week before Halloween, Olivier Lemieux returned to his old home and haunted his former team.

Lemieux scored at 16:48 of the third, a goal that proved to be the game-winner in a 3-1 Saint John Sea Dogs victory over the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada at Centre d'Excellence Sports Rousseau on Saturday.

Lemieux, who the Sea Dogs acquired from the Armada in the off-season, put in the rebound of a Bo Damphousse (another former Armada) shot to give the Sea Dogs their first lead of the game. Brandon Delarosbil had tied things at 1-1 earlier in the third period while Alexis Joseph secured the victory with an empty net goal later on.

It was another tough night for Saint John's offense, which has been struggling over the past few games to not just score, but create quality chances. Shots were 37-21 in favour of the Sea Dogs in this game. 14 of Saint John's shots were considered dangerous.

Rafaël Courchesne made 20 saves in the win.

Jacob McKinnon scored the Armada's lone goal. Nicolas Gillham-Cirka made 34 stops in the loss.

The win ended a three-game losing streak for Saint John. They finish this three-in-three road trip tomorrow in Drummondville.
