About Last Night...

The Sea Dogs won big last night, defeating the Halifax Mooseheads 7-3. Here some more stuff about the game.

  • The Chronicle Herald’s recap. "You’ve got to minimize your mistakes against a team like that," said Mooseheads head coach Dominique Ducharme.
  • Through the magic of News 88.9’s new Sea Dogs blog, you can listen to Tim Roszell call each of the Sea Dogs' seven goals last night.
  • Here are the highlights, courtesy of SeaDogsTV.

  • Sir Charles Coyle – four goals in his first three QMJHL games. He had three in 16 games Boston University this season before leaving. What a pickup he’s been.
  • Last night’s game was the first sell-out of the year at Harbour Station. It was the team’s first capacity crowd since Game Five of the President’s Cup Final last May. It's a good time to be alive.
  • Sea Dogs are in Bathurst today to play the Titan at 4pm.
