Tesink served the first game of the two-game suspension he received for cross-checking last Saturday in Baie-Comeau.

FIRST PERIOD: There was some good action in the first period as both teams had some decent scoring opportunities. Goaltenders Sebastien Auger and Antoine Bibeau both made some fine saves to keep it scoreless. Shots were 14-10 in favour of PEI in the opening 20 minutes.

PEPIN: Rocket star rookie Alexis Pepin was givin a game misconduct and a five-minute penalty for checking to the head at 3:10 of the second. The Sea Dogs had some good on pressure on and finally beat Bibeau at 7:48 as Stephen MacAulay scored.

CAMERON: Sea Dogs forward Jason Cameron was given a five minute penalty and game misconduct for checking to the head at 9:23. The Sea Dogs would kill that one off.
