The Sea Dogs defenseman has risen from
fairly unknown to a projected first round pick by many over the course of the
first half. International Scouting Services has him ranked 22nd, TSN’s Craig Button ranks him 25th and The Hockey News’ Ryan Kennedy has
him 30th.
Chabot isn’t the only Sea Dogs d-man
impressing as Jakub Zboril is ranked 29th by ISS and 26th
by Button.
Button’s top 100 list for the 2015 NHL
Draft features an impressive amount of Sea Dogs. They are:
25. Thomas Chabot
26. Jakub Zboril
60. Adam Marsh
63. Nathan Noel
84. Spencer Smallman
87. Samuel Dove-McFalls
