The Saint John Sea Dogs (7-3-1-0, 2^nd Maritimes, 4^th QMJHL) host the Val-d’Or Foreurs (5-6-0-0, 5^th West, 14^th QMJHL) tonight on Pink in the Rink night at Harbour Station. Game time is 7 p.m.

Last games: The Sea Dogs are coming off a 3-1 loss at home to the Acadie-Bathurst Titan on Wednesday. Mathieu Joseph scored Saint John’s lone goal while Alex Bishop made 25 saves in the loss. The Foreurs are coming off a 4-2 loss to the Sea Dogs at home last Saturday. Mathieu Joseph scored twice for Saint John while singles came from Jakub Zboril and Spencer Smallman. Val-d’Or goals came from Ivan Kozlov and Julien Gauthier. Alex D’Orio made 18 saves in the win while Etienne Montpetit made 38 stops in the loss.

2016-17 head-to-head: The Sea Dogs are 1-0-0-0 against the Foreurs this season while Val-d’Or is 0-1-0-0 against Saint John.
