Game Day 15: vs Wildcats

The Saint John Sea Dogs (9-4-1-0, 1st Maritimes, 3rd QMJHL) host the Moncton Wildcats (4-9-0-0, 6th Maritimes, 17th overall) tonight at 7 p.m. at Harbour Station.

Last games: The Sea Dogs are coming off a 5-2 win over the Charlottetown Islanders at home on Wednesday. Spencer Smallman had a hat trick while singles came from Bokondji Imama and Nathan Noel. Alex Bishop made 15 saves in the win. The Wildcats are coming off a 5-2 loss in Cape Breton on Wednesday. Manuel Wiederer and Alex Lavoie both scored for Moncton. Matthew Waite made 24 saves in the loss.

2016-17 head-to-head: The Sea Dogs are 1-0-0-0 against the Wildcats this season while Moncton is 0-1-0-0 against Saint John.

Last meeting: Oct. 1 at Harbour Station where the Sea Dogs defeated the Wildcats 5-0. Nathan Noel scored twice while singles came courtesy of Matthew Highmore, Spencer Smallman and Cedric Pare. Alex Bishop made 26 saves in the shutout victory. Keven Bouchard made 26 saves in the loss.
