Game Day 16: at Moncton

The Saint John Sea Dogs (10-4-1-0, 1st Maritimes, 3rd QMJHL) are on the road this afternoon to take on the Moncton Wildcats (4-10-0-0, 6th Maritimes, 17th QMJHL) at 4 p.m.

Last games: These two met on Friday night at Harbour Station where the Sea Dogs defeated the Wildcats 10-3. Matthew Highmore had a pair of goals for Saint John while singles came from Samuel Dove-McFalls, Nathan Noel, Cedric Pare, Landon Quinney, Samuel Leblanc, Bokondji Imama, Spencer Smallman and Cole Reginato. Jonathan Aspirot, Jeremy McKenna and Kelly Klima scored for Moncton. Alex D'Orio allowed three goals on seven shots while Alex Bishop stopped all 17 shots he faced. Keven Bouchard allowed 10 goals on 47 shots in the loss.

2016-17 head-to-head: The Sea Dogs are 2-0-0-0 against the Wildcats this season while Moncton is 0-2-0-0 against Saint John.

Three Things to Know
1. This is the final game of Rivalry Week for both teams. The two won't meet again until Nov. 20 in Moncton.
