SAINT JOHN - The Saint John Sea Dogs announced several roster moves on Saturday.
The team announced that they have placed goaltender
Charlie Millen and forward Brock Morrison both on waivers, meaning they can be
claimed by any other team in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
Millen, a free agent invite to training camp, had his struggles in his brief time with the Sea
Dogs. He had an 0-2-0-0 record with a 5.38 goals against average and a 0.831
save percentage.
Morrison played in four games with Saint John earlier this
season, recording two goals and an assist. He played in two games last year,
going pointless.
Morrison had a strong pre-season for Saint John, leading
the team in goals with four in five games. He also had an assist. The Howie Centre, Nova Scotia native has two goals and
two assists in seven games with the Yarmouth Mariners of the Maritime Junior
Hockey League this season.
The Sea Dogs also officially announced that defenseman
Benjamin Hade has been reassigned to midget AAA. Hade had no points and was a
-3 in five games with the Sea Dogs. He was selected in the fourth round of the
