SN Live Blog replay. Drakkar fans are crazy.

MISSING IN ACTION: The Sea Dogs were without forwards Devon Oliver-Dares (collarbone), Dylan McGuigan (healthy), and Oliver Cooper (healthy) and defensemen Spencer MacDonald (bicep) and Jordan Moore (healthy).

SCORING FIRST: Stanislav Galiev opened the scoring just 4:21 in. Saint John is now 6-0 in the playoffs when scoring first. Baie-Comeau scored first in each of their wins in the first round but have yet to open the scoring in this series.

HUBERDEAU: After being shutout in Game 1, Jonathan Huberdeau is heating up. He had a goal and an assist on Saturday and then had another goal and two markers last night. He scored a key goal at 17:14 of the third to give the Sea Dogs a 4-2 lead and some much needed insurance.

SECOND PERIOD: The second period, which the Sea Dogs usually dominate, was a tough one. The Drakkar were the better team through most of it, outshooting the Dogs 15-11. David Rose gave Baie-Comeau a 2-1 lead at 18:11 of the frame but Tomas Jurco scored a huge goal 44 seconds later, sending the two teams to the dressing room tied at 2-2.

Saint John has outscored opponents 27-9 in second periods this post-season. 27 of their 58 goals have been scored in the middle frame.

THIRD PERIOD: Solid third period by the Dogs as they scored three goals and outshot Baie-Comeau 10-8. Mathieu Corbeil made some big saves.

COYLE: No points for Charlie Coyle last night. He was a +1, had three shots, and registered two hits. It’s the first time he has been held pointless this post-season.

THREE STARS: Really bizarre three stars selection last night.

1. BAC - 31 Philippe Cadorette – four goals allowed on 37 shots
2. BAC - 9 Carl Gélinas – no points, -2, one shot, three hits
3. SNB - 3 Charles Coyle – no points, +1, three shots, two hits

ALL OF THE LIGHTS: Not long after Ryan Tesink gave Saint John a 3-2 lead at 2:31 of the third, some of the lights went out at the Henry Leonard Centre. The teams were sent to the dressing room as they fixed the problem/paid the electricity bill. The delay was about 10 minutes. According to Roszell, the lights went down at Drakkar morning skate as well.

A lot of conspiracy theories out there regarding this delay. Either way, it was an embarrassing moment for Baie-Comeau.

NOTES: Another assist for Zack Phillips last night. He now has 22 points in seven playoff games… Phillips had a Saint John high six shots… Jean-Philippe Caron had six shots for Baie-Comeau… according to the QMJHL box score, Baie-Comeau outhit Saint John 20-9… not as much pushing and shoving after whistles last night compared to Game 2… 2,531 was the attendance. They probably had close 2,000 horns in the crowd.

NEXT GAME: Game 4 of the series is tonight at 8:30pm.
