Charlie Coyle is a hot topic on the
internet these days.
A reason for the attention might be because he has gotten
his first season in the American Hockey League off to a great start. The former
Saint John Sea Dog has seven goals and four assists in 16 games with the
Houston Aeros.
The Aeros played at the Minnesota Wild’s home rink, the
Xcel Energy Center, on Sunday and beat the Rockford IceHogs 3-2. Coyle had an
assist.
Here he is talking post-game with Wild TV.
Houston head coach John Torchetti told the Minnesota Star Tribune that Coyle "has been our most consistent, complete forward night
in and night out since the start of the year."
