Camp Continues Today

SAINT JOHN – The Saint John Sea Dogs continue training camp today at Harbour Station.

The 46 players attending camp have been split into two groups - Group A and Group B – and will train on separate schedules. The day closes out with a scrimmage.

Here is today’s schedule of events:

Group A
9:30 – 10 a.m. – Goalies (group of 3)
10 – 11 a.m. – Practice
11:15 – Noon – Off-Ice Conditioning
Lunch 

Group B
10:00 – 10:30 a.m. – Off-Ice Conditioning
11:15 - 12:15 p.m. – Practice
Lunch
1:30 – 2:00 p.m. – Goalies (Group of 3) 

2:00 - 3:00 p.m. – Scrimmage

As usual, the general public is welcome to attend.

The Sea Dogs begin their pre-season schedule tomorrow night at 7pm at the Red Ball Internet Centre when they face the Moncton Wildcats. The home-and-home series finishes up on Saturday at 7pm at Harbour Station.
