The goal was Mateiko's 15th of the season.
The Latvian has just the one goal in three games with the Oceanic – but it hasn't been for a lack of trying. He's recorded three or more shots in all three of those games.
Mateiko makes his return to TD Station this Friday when the Oceanic take on the Sea Dogs at 7 p.m. From there Rimouski will visit the Moncton Wildcats on Saturday in a massive showdown between two of the CHL's top-ranked teams. On Sunday, the Oceanic conclude their trip in Charlottetown, taking on the Islanders.
