Game Day 41: vs Remparts

SAINT JOHN - On paper, the Saint John Sea Dogs should be able to take care of what will be a tired Quebec Remparts team today.

But nothing has been easy for the Sea Dogs of late.

Saint John has just one win in the second half and haven't won in regulation time since early December. The team's most recent loss – a 3-0 defeat to the Charlottetown Islanders on home ice Friday – continued the recent trend of offensive struggles.

The Sea Dogs welcome a Remparts team that will be playing their third game in three days. The rebuilding Remparts sit just three points ahead of Saint John in the standings. With a challenging week ahead, a win this afternoon would be a major boost to the Sea Dogs.
