MOVING ON UP

The Saint John Sea Dogs have yet again moved up a couple spots this week in the BMO CHL Mastercard Top 10 Rankings. This week Saint John is listed in the number two position in the 60 team Canadian Hockey League. The full list can be seen below:

2 – Saint John Sea Dogs, QMJHL (21-4-1-0)
3 – Saskatoon Blades, WHL (18-3-0-2)
4 – Drummondville Voltigeurs, QMJHL (19-4-0-1)
5 – Barrie Colts, OHL (16-4-0-1)
6 – Tri-City Americans, WHL 17-5-0-0)
7 – Calgary Hitmen, WHL (18-6-0-0)
8 – Mississauga St. Michael’s Majors, OHL (17-4-1-0)
9 – Kitchener Rangers, OHL (15-4-1-2)
10 – Victoriaville Tigres, QMJHL (17-7-0-1)

The Sea Dogs take on the number four ranked Drummondville Voltigeurs on Friday at the Marcel Dionne Centre. Drummondville surprisingly fell all the way down to fourth place after being in first last week.

In this weeks Station Nation rankings, Saint John is listed as third in the country. The Dogs are also the hottest team in the country as they have registered 13 straight wins, the longest of its kind in the CHL this year.
