The Saint John Sea Dogs kick off the
2016 QMJHL semifinals this Friday in Shawinigan.
For the first time this post-season, the
Sea Dogs will not have home ice advantage. Shawinigan finished second in the
overall standings while Saint John finished third.
The series will be 2-2-1-1-1. Here is

Tickets to the games at Harbour Station
go on sale tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.
The Sea Dogs were 2-0-0-0 against the
Cataractes in the regular season. This is the first ever meeting between the
two in the playoffs.
The other semifinal, which features the
Moncton Wildcats taking on the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies, begins on Friday as well.
