SAINT JOHN – We are just hours away from Game 1 of the
President’s Cup final between the Saint John Sea Dogs and the Rimouski Oceanic.
It’s been a while since these two teams faced each other.
Their last meeting was way back on November 2 in Rimouski when the Oceanic beat
the Sea Dogs 4-3. They also met on October 8 at Harbour Station where Saint
John won 8-2.
In the season series, Ryan Tesink collected five assists
in the two games while Danick Gauthier had three goals. Jerome Gauthier-Leduc
led the way for Rimouski with a goal and three assists.
