Nick Spear and Tyrone Sock have both been released from Saint John Sea Dogs training camp. There are now 25 players remaining in camp.
Spear, who played the first period in net in last nights game, is a former Saint John Vito and will now report to the MJAHL's Campbellton Tigers. Marc-Antoine Gelinas and Karel St-Laurent are the only goaltenders remaining in camp.
Sock, a 16 year old defenseman, will also report to Tigers camp. Sock was selected by the Sea Dogs in June's entry draft.
