Saint John Sea Dogs forward Nicholas Pard has been suspended indefinitely by Sea Dogs director of hockey operations Mike Kelly.
Pard has been suspended from all team related events including this weeks games versus Cape Breton and Halifax at Harbour Station.
The Sea Dogs would not release any reason as to why he was suspended. However, according to News 88.9, the suspension follows an incident at the Sean Kingston concert at Harbour Station last night.
"Team President Wayne Long would not confirm details of the incident but did say police were called and the organization is treating the situation very seriously," said http://www.news889.com/.
Former Sea Dogs forward Ryan Sparling was suspended for the season opener last season because of off ice actions.
Pard has played in both games this season and has one assist. In 23 games last season he had 11 goals and 16 points after a call up from Quebec Junior "A".
